  • Although we know you do not intend on cancellations, we understand there are unforeseen circumstances that may require it.

    Should you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 HOURS of your appointment time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. We appreciate your understanding that our appointments are in high demand & advanced notice of your cancellation allows another client the opportunity to capture the vacancy.

    We also appreciate your understanding that our schedule is calculated to allow ample time for your consultation & treatment. We take pride in giving each client our full attention in an unrushed manner, therefore, arrival more than 10 minutes late risks forfeiture of the appointment and will result in a $100 fee.

    We will do our best to accommodate, however, it may be necessary to reschedule. We appreciate your recognition and acceptance of these policies. Please reach out if you have questions. Thank you for trusting HER Aesthetics with your business!

  • Due to the nature of our business and safety precautions, we cannot accommodate children in the spa. Children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area.

  • Please keep in mind that the results are not guaranteed. Many variables beyond our control affect the procedure outcomes, especially individual expectations. We maintain our equipment and continue staff education and training regarding technique. Sometimes the human body does not respond as well as we would like. Lifestyle choices, diet, exercise, hydration, prior skin damage, sun exposure, and many other factors affect the final results. All of our patients are unique and have unique needs and expectations. Please discuss your treatment expectations with us before your treatment because there are no refunds.

  • Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. If our protocols allow, we will try to perform your entire treatment in the remaining time. However, reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy).

  • We understand the importance of preparing your investment and budgeting ahead of your treatment. Therefore, we have outlined a few common treatment prices below to assist you. While having a comprehensive list of prices for all our offerings at HER Aesthetics may seem beneficial, our primary responsibility as a medical practice is to lean on our expertise in guiding you toward a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and desired results. We've observed that listing prices for all treatments can lead to confusion and hinder our ability to personalize your treatment plan effectively.

    At consultations, we provide transparent written treatment plans that include pricing details. Existing patients can always work with their provider to revisit their goals and collaboratively create a personalized written treatment plan.

    Botox/Dysport/Xeomin: From $13/unit

    Lip Flip: $100 flat fee

    Filler: We offer filler treatments per area. Ranging from $675-$4,000 depending on the area/areas treated.

    For patient safety, we do not offer half syringes.

    For patients looking for facial balancing (our specialty!) or multiple treatment areas, we have developed multiple filler packages with incredible savings, which can be provided upon request)

  • We would like to inform you of an update regarding our payment policies. Effective immediately, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all transactions made using credit cards. This fee is to cover the processing costs associated with credit card payments.

    However, we are pleased to offer an alternative payment method without any additional charges. If you choose to pay in cash, the 3% credit card fee will be waived, ensuring a more cost-effective and convenient experience for you.
