Hannah Rieker RN, BSN, FNp-S
Co-Founder
Hannah Rieker, MSN, FNP, is a dedicated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for confidence-building and holistic wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of St. Francis.
With a diverse clinical background spanning cardiology, ICU, PACU, school nursing, travel nursing and medical aesthetics, Hannah brings both technical expertise and compassionate care to every patient encounter. She has further refined her skills through advanced training, including multiple cadaver labs, where she mastered anatomy and developed safe, precise injection techniques.
Driven by her lifelong dream, in 2024 Hannah founded HER Aesthetics—a medical aesthetics and wellness practice devoted to personalized treatment plans that slow the aging process, address aesthetic concerns, and preserve each patient’s natural beauty. She believes every individual deserves to feel like the healthiest, most authentic version of themselves. Her commitment to safe, evidence-based care ensures patients not only achieve results, but also feel truly heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey.
A lifelong learner, Hannah invests extensively in advanced education to remain at the forefront of aesthetic innovation. Her dedication is matched by her philosophy: confidence should feel natural, timeless, and uniquely yours.
Outside of her practice, Hannah finds joy in traveling the world with her husband, embracing new cultures and adventures. She is an avid yogi, a practice that fuels her calm, compassionate approach to patient care. At home, life is filled with love and laughter alongside their three dogs—Boston, a toy Goldendoodle; Yogi, a Bernedoodle; and Henry, a Cavapoo.

Esthetician
My name is Natalia, a licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. After graduating esthetics school, I developed a strong foundation in skincare, client care, and patient education. I believe that every treatment is an opportunity to not only improve skin health but also help clients feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their skincare journey.
I am passionate about continuing my education and am eager to expand my knowledge through advanced trainings, industry events, and hands-on experience in medical aesthetics. Staying up to date on the latest techniques, and skincare innovations allows me to provide thoughtful, personalized care while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy exploring new coffee shops, being outside, spending time with loved ones, and staying active with my dog, Finn. I am excited to be part of a team that shares my passion for aesthetics and commitment to exceptional patient care, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and help clients achieve their skincare goals.
Mona Ascha, MD
Dr. Mona Ascha is a highly skilled physician with a diverse plastic and gender-affirming surgery background. Dr. Ascha's journey in medicine has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a wide range of experiences.
With three years of dedicated work as a plastic surgery resident and a year as a gender-affirming surgery fellow, Dr. Ascha possesses extensive expertise in operative reconstruction, hand surgery, aesthetic surgery, and non-operative aesthetic medicine. Her surgical proficiency and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to any medical aesthetic team.
Dr. Ascha's aesthetic journey began during her residency in 2017, where she embarked on comprehensive training in various procedures. She is well-versed in injectables such as Botox and fillers, as well as laser treatments and chemical peels. Her dedication to staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetics ensures that patients receive the highest level of care. She has several publications about her research that spreads across her expertise in the field.
